Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your Dilemma is on its way.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rate or product price.
Every order includes tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@mydilemma.com.
Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) takes possession of it. We can't be responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing by the recipient. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier — and email us so we can help walk you through it.
We can change the shipping address only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us immediately at hello@mydilemma.com with your order number.
Yes, we ship to both. Standard ground shipping only — express options aren't available for these addresses.
