It happens. Here's how to make it right.
Submit a return request through our online form, or email hello@mydilemma.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions within 1 business day.
To exchange one Dilemma for another, follow the return process for your original collection, then place a new order for the Dilemma you want. We don't process direct exchanges due to inventory timing.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll repair, replace, or fully refund — your choice. You won't pay return shipping in these cases.
Anything marked "final sale" or purchased during a promotional event explicitly marked "no returns" cannot be returned. We'll always make this clear before you buy.
International customers may return within 30 days, but are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs paperwork. Email us before shipping the return so we can guide you through it.
Returned items that arrive worn, damaged, or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of the return. We inspect every return carefully — please pack it as carefully as we packed it for you.
