The short version
We collect the minimum information needed to fulfill your order, improve your experience, and (with your permission) market to you. We don't sell your personal data. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, password (encrypted), shipping and billing addresses.
- Order details — what you bought, when, for how much, and where it shipped.
- Payment information — processed and stored by our payment partners (Stripe, Klarna). We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing behavior — pages visited, time spent, items viewed, via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications — emails, contact-form submissions, support tickets.
How we use it
- To process orders, send confirmations, ship products, handle returns and customer support.
- To send marketing emails — only if you've opted in. You can opt out at the bottom of any email.
- To improve the site through analytics and to personalize your experience.
- To prevent fraud and protect our customers and our business.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Third parties that help us run the business, each contractually bound to handle your data responsibly:
- Stripe, Klarna — payment processing.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Klaviyo — email marketing.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Shippo — shipping label generation.
- Meta, Google, TikTok — advertising and analytics (cookies-based, can be opted out via your browser settings or our cookie banner).
- Shipping carriers — UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL for delivery.
We do not sell your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your cart, keep you logged in, and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may stop working. Our cookie banner gives you control over non-essential cookies.
Your rights
If you live in California (CCPA), the EU (GDPR), UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you.
- Receive a copy of it.
- Correct or update it.
- Delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal data (we don't sell, but you can opt out anyway).

Children
My Dilemma is not intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we've done so inadvertently, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers and at the top of this page. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent version.
